The following are the current charges as programmed into our shopping cart for domestic priority mail, as of February 2013.

These shipping costs are calculated solely on the value of an item - not its' weight. ** The shopping cart does not allow for very heavy items or multiple items valued at greater than $250 to have shipping cost calculated accurately. Typically, purchases valued at over $250 will need to be shipped in oversized boxes, which contributes to the higher rate. Please contact us with the item(s) you wish to purchase along with your address and we will calculate accurate shipping and handling cost for you.
APO/AP/FPO: We ship to APO/AP/FPO addresses. Parcels going to these addresses require a full Customs Form to be filled out, so you will get a scan of it once your purchase has been shipped. Transit time is somewhat variable, depending on your location, but we have found it to typically be less than 2 weeks.
First Class Mail: We do not ship via First Class Mail, as the transit time can be extremely variable, and there is no way to track packages nor to get reimbursement for our client if the parcel disappears. Due to numerous complaints and negative experiences with the First Class Mail service in the past, we no longer offer this shipping option. Items greater than $30 in value ship with insurance so that we may be able to refund you if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
Processing time: We ship orders of in-stock items within about 24-48 hours of payment receipt, except weekends or holidays when we are closed. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days to deliver, but the post office makes no guarantee as to delivery time for priority mail. Friday orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will ship the following Monday.
FedEx: We also ship via FedEx 2Day Air and FedEx Standard Overnight. FedEx overnight service is available Monday through Thursday only. Thursday orders must be placed before 3:00 p.m. EST to ship that day. We also need to know how soon you need to receive your item(s), as there are different levels of FedEx shipping rates for different delivery times. For accurate shipping rates for this method, we will need to know the item(s) you wish to order, the quantity of each, and your address with zip code to verify rates. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with this information. At times FedEx 2 Day Air is comparable to Priority Mail cost, but FedEx offers a guarantee for delivery time and a tracking number.
Incorrect addresses: If any parcel is returned to us due to improper or insufficient address as keyed into your payment field, we are not responsible for re-shipping charges to you. We use the address information exactly as you type it in to generate your shipping label.
We ship high quality costumes and costuming supplies to customers around the world. Please select International Priority Air at checkout through the shopping cart, or contact us via email with the item(s) and quantities of each you wish to purchase along with your country so that we can calculate accurate international airmail shipping cost. International Priority Air mail usually takes about 10 business days worldwide. Your Customs office may delay delivery or charge importation fees that are not part of the purchase price of your item.
We can also ship via USPS Express Mail - please contact us to arrange for this expedited shipping.
You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your government on imports, and these taxes or fees are NOT included in your international shipping cost. International items will be properly marked as merchandise with the appropriate value, NOT as "gift". Do not ask us to misrepresent information on customs forms - we will not intentionally mislabel an item as gift, reduce the sale value, or falsify customs documents in any way as it is against the law to do so.
If you ask us to falsify shipping information, your order will immediately be cancelled and refunded.
If the parcel is returned to us for any reason, we are not responsible for the return shipping fees.
Once your item has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with a scan of both the postal receipt and Customs Form for your records. The Customs Form contains a CW number which can be used to track your parcel at the Track and Confirm page of

are what the shopping cart will charge you, and may be inaccurate, due to value and/or weight. We will be able to verify the shipping and handling cost once we know the item(s) ordered, the total value and your location.

For purchases greater than $350, please contact us for correct shipping costs,
as the shopping cart is unable to properly calculate beyond $350 USD.
The rates shown above are those quoted to us by the United States Postal Service to the most expensive possible destination, with an estimated weight of goods for that value. There appears to be a base rate cost for international shipments, regardless of the small cost of the item, or if the item is very lightweight. The prices shown above do not take into account labor cost/handling. We will spend about 40 minutes to an hour packaging your item(s), filling out the customs forms, taking the parcel to the post office, standing in line at the post office for processing the parcel, and scanning the receipt and tracking number for you after shipment.
Please note: We do not ship via International First Class Mail, as the transit time can be extreme (4 or more weeks), and there is no way to track packages nor to get reimbursement for our client if the parcel disappears. Due to numerous complaints and negative experiences with the International First Class Mail service in the past, we no longer use this shipping option.
August 2012 Update: We no longer will ship via International Flat Rate shipping. Once a Flat Rate parcel enters the USPS system there appears to be no further tracking information. This means that neither we nor our clients may access any information as to where the parcel is, when it is out for delivery, etc. It also appears that Flat Rate takes considerably longer than the typical 6 - 10 day's Priority Mail transit time.
****Attention United Kingdom Customers****
As of January 29, 2016 USPS International Priority Mail parcels to the UK are now auto-insured by USPS for up to $200, but are not insureable beyond that.
While we do and will take all appropriate action to ensure that your parcel is carefully packaged and shipped, once we hand the parcel over to the USPS, we no longer have control over it. By proceeding with a purchase from us, you are agreeing that we are not responsible for refunding/reimbursing your purchase beyond the $200 if it is damaged or lost in transit.
USPS Express Mail is insureable, and fully trackable - please contact us for costs associated with this option.

Overnight and Rush ShippingWe use FedEx for rush shipping. Options include Standard Overnight and Second Day Air. Second Day Air within the USA is usually comparable in price to USPS Priority mail, but unlike USPS it is completely trackable and has a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping cost varies according to value, weight, dimensions of the parcel and your location relative to Bristol, VA.
A signature will be required for delivery, so plan accordingly with the address you provide us so that someone will be at home to sign or have the box sent to a work address.
Please fill out the contact form below so that we may calculate correct shipping charges, verify the delivery date for you and bill you directly. If we do not have all of this information via email, it may delay the processing of your order.
The daily cut-off time for shipping is 3:00 p.m. EST.
Orders placed and/or confirmed later than 3:00 p.m. will ship the next business day.
